Lifting station, Maxylift Ø1300, in polyethylene

A Maxylift lifting or discharging station can be used to collect wastewater or storm water when gravity flow is impossible.
The Maxylift is a prefabricated factory assembly, designed to simplify the task of the installer. The tank is made of high density polyethylene weighted at the bottom by a concrete sole ensuring good mechanical strength, ease of installation in hydromorphic soil and an anticorrosion guarantee.
All steel accessories are hot-dip galvanized or 304L stainless steel.
Maxylift polyethylene tanks are available in diameter 1.30 m with a height of 2.2 m, 2.5 m and 2.8 m

A bearing station is a system without valve valves.
A discharge station is a system equipped with gate valves.

CURRENT EQUIPMENT OF A DISPENSING STATION:

- Polyethylene tank with lockable polyester lid.
- single-phase or three-phase pumps for clear water or waste water.
- Guiding systems with galvanized or 304L stainless steel bars.
- Cast iron base.
- ball valves and tapped or flanged closing valves.
- PVC pressure or 304L stainless steel piping.
- female outlet made of PVC pressure.
- PVC female sleeve for effluent inlet.
- control cabinet in 220 V or 380 Tri.
- level regulators fixed on a galvanized chain.
- Valves are available for access to the valves.
- galvanized or 304L stainless steel screen basket.
- Aluminum anti-fall grid.

- Lifting of waste water or rainwaters in every case where effluents arrive more low than the point where they must be rejected.
- Post intended to be buried outside of a building(ship) allowing a big accessibility to assure(insure) the interview(maintenance).
Our stations receive and report loaded water or clear water depending on the choice of pumps retained. The operating cycle for a lift or discharge station with 2 pumps is as follows: when the effluent enters the station, the water level rises gradually and raises the level controller 1 (lowest). which informs the electrical cabinet of the possibility of starting one of the pumps.
As soon as the water level raises the regulator n ° 2, a pump starts.
When the water level drops and decreases the regulator no. 1, the pump stops.
When the water level rises and the regulator No. 2 gives the start-up information, the second pump is activated because there is alternation in the operation of the pumps.
If the water level after the start of a pump continues to rise, it reaches the regulator no. 3, which starts the second pump.
In this case, the two pumps operate at the same time, until the water level goes down to regulator n ° 1.

See installation instructions PRELPE.
Our prefabricated substations are ready to be installed as soon as they are delivered. The position will be perfectly level at the bottom of the search. The backfilling will be done according to the height of the post and the nature of the terrain. The installer will take all precautions to ensure good stability of the structure depending on the nature of the terrain.
Note: the setting of the level regulators depends on the choice of pumps (submerged or submersible).
Regular checks to be carried out:
- On the pumps: oil level, tightening of the supply gland, isolation of the motor.
- On the cabinet: the fuses, the clamping of the terminal block, the lamps.
- On the level controllers: clean them if they are covered with grease or detritus, check the contacts.

If the screening option has been selected, empty the basket regularly.
Inform users not to dispose of wipes in the wastewater system connected to the lifting station.
We remind the users of our substations to take out a maintenance contract with a specialized company, approved by SIMOP, as soon as it is put into service. The warranty of our appliances is subject to this condition.
