Effluent distributor
Our effluent distributors are especially designed to ensure an equal repartion of effluents.
They include :
- in the entrance : a tap nozzle dispositif
- a weir and partition system which perfectly ensure the effluent repartition in 3 or 5 equal shares
- a shutter which permits to block an exit in case of non-use or in case of maintenance
Ensures an equal distribution of the effluents in the spreading networks, or before the pits, decanters laid in parallel.
The effluent from a pit or decanter enters the effluent distributor after passing through a clogging indicator.
A discharge blade allows a distribution of the effluent in 5 outlets to the spreading pipes.
The device comes with a shutter that can block an output if it is not used.
The requirements of XPP16.441 (ex DTU 64-1) must be observed.
For the implementation of dispatchers (execution of excavations and installation), the main points to respect include:
- The realization of a laying bed of 0.10 m thick,
- The flatness of the look after his pose,
- Backfilling on the surface using sand,
- Accessibility and visibility of visit stamps.
In case of passage of vehicles and in the case where the cover can not arrive at ground level, the apparatus will have to receive a concrete slab resting on the edges of the excavation and including a stamp of visit. This slab will be calculated to withstand the constraints imposed. It will be necessary to provide extensions in all cases where the top of the tundish does not arrive at the level of natural terrain.
Clean the device periodically with clean water.
We remind you that the device comes with a shutter that can be used to block an exit to facilitate self-cleaning or maintenance.
