Grease separator range with silt storage , underground installation without water table or above ground

A grease separator is a device designed to separate and store solid matter, fats and oils of animal and vegetable origin contained in household water.
A V100 silt storage area is integrated in each device.
Our devices comply with the NF EN 1825-1 standard and are CE marked.
The grease retention capacity is 40 litres per l/s
Regarding small communities and professional facilities, collective kitchens, restaurants, the obligation to install grease separators results from the standard departmental health regulations and the public health code. For agro-food industries, it is essential to send the CCTP of a technical design office to establish the sizing of a suitable device.

For devices to be buried in a water table or a hydro-morphic area, select a device from data sheet 6630.
The apparatus will have to be buried out of ground in sheet or out of ground hydromorph or it will be able to be posed above ground.

Buried installation:
In the case of passing vehicles or rolling overloads or backfill height greater than 400mm above the apparatus, it is necessary to pour a reinforced concrete slab, resting on the undisturbed ground, so that the separator does not directly suffer the charges.

Laying in elevation:
The unit will be installed level on a perfectly flat surface and read all over the area of ​​the unit.

The lid will always be accessible for maintenance.

The installer must supply and install a pressure PVC suction pipe to be connected to the outlet of the appliance and must place the firefighter fitting supplied with the option at the curb.
The separator should be inspected, drained and cleaned regularly, attention is drawn to the need to comply with national or local regulations regarding the disposal of waste.
The frequency of inspections, emptying and cleaning should be determined according to the grease and sludge storage capacity of the separator and operational experience. Unless otherwise specified, the separator must be emptied, cleaned and filled with fresh water at least once a month, and preferably every 15 days (EN 1825-2).
