Grease separator with GRP from 8 to 20 l/s

A grease trap is an apparatus for separating and storing solids, fats and oils of animal and vegetable origin contained in greywater.
A V100 sludge zone is integrated in each device.
The device, as standard, is equipped with a manhole primer of Ø 750, optional, the device can be equipped with a collar and a screw cap Ø 600 (OD3 / CV600 / ... On this cover can be mounted height-adjustable 250mm extension (option RH602).
Our devices comply with the NF EN 1825-1 standard and are CE marked.
The grease retention capacity is 40 liters per l/s

As regards small communities and professional installations, collective kitchens and restaurants, the obligation to install fat separators results from the standard departmental sanitary regulations and the public health code. For the agro-food industries, it is essential to transmit the CCTP of a technical design office to establish the sizing of a suitable device.
Refer to the installation instructions PHPRV-NC before handling and installing the separator.
Make ventilation Ø 100 (picking at the level of the primer manhole) allowing the evacuation of gases as high as possible above the ridge. It will be capped with a device preventing the passage of insects and small animals.
Remote extraction DN80 is possible by controlling option OD3/1924
The installer must supply and install a pressure PVC suction tube to be connected to the outlet of the appliance and must place the firefighter supplied with the option at the street edge.
The separator should be checked, drained and cleaned regularly, attention should be drawn to the need to comply with national or local waste disposal regulations.
The frequency of checks, drainage and cleaning operations should be determined according to the storage capacity of grease and sludge in the separator and according to operational experience. Unless otherwise specified, the separator should be drained, cleaned and filled with clean water at least once a month, preferably every 15 days (EN 1825-2 standard).
