PRV hydrocarbon separator with stripper, with bypass, from 35 to 50l/s, with extension primer - 5mg/l
This oil separator with by-pass and silt storage are perfect to treating water from car parks, highways.
Reminder : the oil level alarm, additional piece of equipment, is mandatory.
The operation of the hydrocarbon separator is based on the difference-in-density separation of insoluble liquids (0.85 density) contained in the runoff water.
The dewatering compartment allows the settling and trapping of suspended solids> 200 μm.
The by-pass system located at the inlet box is used to regulate the flow rate (20% treatment of the admissible flow).
The coalescence system, thanks to its large surface area, allows to concentrate the free hydrocarbons by promoting their collision. The hydrocarbons then rise to the surface.
The automatic shutter (float) avoids any risk of release of hydrocarbons.
- Design complies with WITH NF EN 858-1 and NF EN 858-2 standards
- 20 year warranty tank against corrosion
- Hold in salt medium
- Phenomic tabletheating until tank height (beyond us consult)
- Low weight
- Easy handling
- Coalescence removable and facilitating maintenance
- Connection easy
Refer to the PHPRV-NC manual before handling and installing the separator.
An annual inspection visit must be performed to verify the operation of the unit.
It is recommended that the unit be drained when the sludge reaches 50% of the sludge's working volume or that the hydrocarbons occupy 80% of the separator's holding capacity (see NF P16-442).
After each emptying, the apparatus must be re-watered and the flotation of the shutter must be checked.
