Alarm for PE grease separtors

- The control unit can control up to 3 sensors (grease, sludge and high liquid). 

- The unit controls the connected sensors every 30 minutes (adjustable frequency).

- The current status is displayed on th e 2x 16 L CD screen located on the front of the unit.

- Greases are detected per conduction, the water behaves like a conductor while the greases behave like insulators.

- The sensor consists of two stainless steel parts, when one part is immersed in grease, a signal is sent to the control unit which triggers the alarm.

- A central alarm system or others external alarm device can also be connected to the relay.

The sensors can be exposed to harsh environments.
It is recommended to inspect and clean them regularly.
The maintenance of the pieces of the control unit may not be performed
by the user. For any repair, please, contact us.
