Grease separators with sludge separator - above ground - special door passage

This one piece polyethylene unit combines the functions of slurry separator, grease separator and starch separator. It is used for the treatment of wastewater from kitchens in restaurants and communities. It can optionally be equipped with an extraction column with a symmetrical connection allowing the emptying of the liquid under good conditions. We offer a range of size 1 and 2 l / s. The choice of a device depends on the amount of rejects to be treated and the number of meals per day.
The appliance is equipped with two inputs: 1 inlet in the grease separator and 1 inlet in the starch separator.

Compartment separator grease separator:
The water laden with grease and heavy material enters the grease separator part of the appliance. They collide with a diving wall and are directed downwards. Fats lighter than water rise to the surface. Water released from grease and heavy materials is removed by the siphoid outlet. The temperature of the effluent at the outlet of the separator must be less than 30 °.

Compartment separator starch:
The water coming from the peeler penetrates the apparatus. The entrance has a watering ramp that allows a violent projection of water: which has the effect of folding the moss. The water released from the starches is released through the grease separator compartment. The exit is common.
The appliance will be installed level and as close as possible to the place to be treated. It will be laid above ground on a perfectly flat surface and smooth over the whole right of way of the device.
The visitor stamp (s) will always be accessible for maintenance. Ventilation should be provided to allow gas to evacuate as high as possible above the ridge. We advise a minimum diameter of 50 for the ventilation pipe which will be capped with a device preventing the passage of insects and small animals.
Remote extraction DN80 is possible by commanding option OD2 / 109.
The installer must supply and install a pressure suction pipe in pvc pressure to connect to the output of the device and must place, at the curb, the firefighter fitting supplied with the option.
The separator should be inspected, drained and cleaned regularly, attention is drawn to the need to comply with national or local regulations regarding the disposal of waste.
The frequency of inspections, emptying and cleaning should be determined according to the grease and sludge storage capacity of the separator and operational experience. Unless otherwise specified, the separator must be emptied, cleaned and filled with fresh water at least once a month, and preferably every 15 days (EN 1825-2).
