Scope of use

The use of the site by all persons, whatever the purpose of their visit, is governed by the present general conditions of use. The purpose of the general conditions of use is to define the conditions of access, navigation and use of the site. Site content

The purpose of the Site is to present the products and services offered by SIMOP France. It does not allow on-line sales. A form for contacting our installer partners is available on the site, under the heading “Find an installer”.

Products are presented on the site in accordance with current regulations. In particular, the main characteristics of SIMOP France products (dimensions, materials, options, etc.) are mentioned on the site. The photographs presented on the site have no contractual value.

SIMOP France and, more generally, any company contributing to the design, production and online publishing of the site, endeavor to ensure the accuracy and regular updating of the information published on the site. Only information communicated by a SIMOP France collaborator or professional partner will have contractual value. SIMOP France reserves the right to make improvements and/or changes to the product(s) and services described on the site at any time.
