Bioxymop Max 60EH micro wastewater treatment plant
A micro wastewater treatment plant is an autonomous system that treats wastewater in several stages:
- Pre-treatment: Solids and floating matter are separated.
- Biological treatment: Micro-organisms degrade organic matter.
- Clarification: Treated water is clarified before discharge or reuse.
The Bioxymop Max 60EH is designed to effectively treat wastewater generated on the logistics platform, ensuring optimum purification before discharge into the environment or reuse.
Wastewater lifting system
A sewage lifting system is essential when wastewater needs to be conveyed to a higher level, as is often the case in large-scale facilities such as logistics platforms. This tailor-made system is adapted to the specific needs of the micro treatment plant, guaranteeing a continuous, uninterrupted flow of wastewater to the treatment units.
Hydrocarbon separators
Hydrocarbon separators are used to treat water containing traces of hydrocarbons, commonly present on logistics sites due to handling and transport operations. The models installed on this logistics platform have capacities of 60L/s and 6L/s.
Maxymop rainwater lifting system
The Maxymop rainwater lift is an efficient solution for :
- Collect runoff water
- Raising and directing this water to storage or treatment areas.
- This system ensures that rainwater does not stagnate on site, preventing flooding and structural damage.
For this logistics platform, prior to the installation of SIMOP equipment, it was necessary to lower the water table and armour the trenches. This temporarily dried out the work area and prevented collapses, while protecting workers and equipment during the construction phase.
