Our mission
From Slovakia to France and Spain, SIMOP employees are driven by a common goal: to preserve the environment by treating our polluted water. At SIMOP, we cultivate a spirit of innovation, a constant quest for quality and team spirit. Working at SIMOP means working as a team, in good spirits. It means working together to find solutions to improve our response to environmental challenges, while offering sustainable, high-quality products.
Eco-responsible innovation
SIMOP’s expertise in wastewater treatment and sanitation, acquired since 1975, has enabled the company to diversify, constantly proposing new products for rainwater and wastewater treatment and disposal.
The intensity of its R&D activities enables the SIMOP team to constantly develop new products and provide ever more reliable and sustainable solutions to protect the environment. SIMOP also has its own approved test site to test its prototypes and verify their performance.
SIMOP quality and peace of mind
At SIMOP, we design our products to be reliable and durable. Quality installation and regular maintenance are essential to ensure that your equipment lasts as long as possible. As part of our commitment to quality at every level, we have surrounded ourselves with rigorous professionals, distributors and installers who are committed to doing everything right, from advice to installation.
Environmental expertise
ISO 9001 certified and a member of ATEP (syndicat des Acteurs du Traitement de l’Eau à la Parcelle) and ADOPTA (Association pour le Développement Opérationnel et la Promotion des Techniques Alternatives en matière d’eaux pluviales), SIMOP’s teams are actively involved in working groups developing French and European standards.
For many years, we have been monitoring our water treatment products to guarantee the best performance.
We support users throughout the entire life cycle of our ANC products: commissioning, on-site monitoring and maintenance, material recycling.
Cohesion and team spirit
Team spirit, sharing, good humor and conviviality are all valued at SIMOP. To train our employees, we set up an integration program designed to facilitate integration, skills development and a sense of belonging.
For a number of years now, we have been running a tutoring program to train new employees with no particular skills in the plastics industry. A tutor takes charge of the newcomer and accompanies him throughout his training until he is fully autonomous. This apprenticeship, based on voluntary work, establishes a friendly framework for mutual support and sharing within the company.
