By combining natural decantation with centrifugal force, Trithon® traps solid particles. Pressed against the selective walls, they reach the sludge storage compartment.Treatment is also achieved by separating floats (light liquids and solids with density <0.93).
Trithon® is composed concentrically
– An external zone separated from the treatment compartments by selective walls,
– A 1st compartment through which the flow enters the system tangentially,
– A 2nd finishing compartment,
– A central access tube to the sludge storage zone (for checks and emptying).
Trithon® is also equipped with an overflow management device that enables partial treatment in the event of high flow (between 100 and 125% of nominal flow).
A technical platform is installed on top of the device and enables servicing and maintenance.

Runoff water depollution with TRITHON

This industrial activity leads to the deposition of small amounts of pollution on the ground (micro-plastics, hydrocarbons, pneumatic particles…). To protect the surrounding environment, 2 TRITHON hydrodynamic separators were installed.
